There were three presentations at this meeting. The first was from Marc Stettler, from the Centre for Transport Studies at Imperial College London, about the effects of the London Lorry Control Scheme on freight vehicle emissions. Ben Marner, from Air Quality Consultants, then spoke about NOX emissions from modern diesel vehicles and the development of the ‘Calculator Using Realistic Emissions for Diesels’ (CURED). The final presentation was from George Koudis, also from the Centre for Transport Studies, on the accurate estimation of aircraft emissions at London Heathrow using flight data records.
